Cool, Wind It Up and Luxurios weren't a flop, just a normal hit, not so huge.
The only gwen's singles have flopped are 4 in the morning and crash... anyway gwen didn't promote so much crash
"Cool" was never considered a flop and "4 In The Morning" hasn't flopped yet...it's still rising, slowly, but it is.
