The Voice songs could actually benefit us. "Cruise" and "IKYWT" were pretty far a couple of hours ago, but thanks to the voice effect they're decreasing very fast now, while S&S is holding steady. In the next update or two, we should pass these two songs, which, would leave us at #16, and after The Voice songs lose strength, we'd be at #13. Let's just hope TV songs don't have that much longevity.
It's #17 now and it passed Florida Georgia Line - Cruise and Taylor Swift - I Knew You Were Trouble even with The Voice. Take The Voice songs out (4 in the Top 15) S&S is really #13.

Why Britney has so few #1 in Hot Dance Club Songs? Ughh I don't get it ! #Injustice
I believe Dance clubs thought of her as "too pop"... Let's face it, Britney songs were not that club oriented.
Obviously she's not alone in this, and some people get those #1s with every single even when in basically the same situation as Britney, but well, not being dance-y enough in the past could be a reason.
Remixed versions of singles usually top the Dance/Club Play Songs chart. Even a ballad can top it. She’s one of the artists with most #1 singles on the chart. Nearly all of her dance/club-orientated singles topped the chart:
#1 Me Against The Music
#1 Toxic
#1 Gimme More
#1 Piece Of Me
#1 Break The Ice
#1 Hold It Against Me
#1 Till The World Ends
#1 I Wanna Go
