oh brother. I like Kelly but this sounds ridiculous--as if she didn't hit us over the head repeatedly with these "woe-is-me", pity-party anthems on her last album. She's such a drama queen. I can't stand people comparing her to Pat Benatar. Pat stood for women that knew how to roll with the punches and rise above their pain and heartbreak, Kelly on the other hand just chooses to wallow in it. She needs to be a little less pathetic and grow a backbone--I know she's capable of good music--"My December" does not sound very promising. These types of songs sound appropriate coming from adolescents, not a 25 year old woman. At least Avril learned that life's too short to be a downer all the time.
