Now that the Audition phase is over we know just what each of our judges' roles are. Britney Spears is the tough one. Simon Cowell is still the wittiest one. L.A. Reid is the one who feels it the most. And, Demi Lovato is the one filled with all the love, flirting, laughter, and sparkle.
