no but IF she had come here, she would have been at least Top 10 with the album, I can relate . She did it with DF (#13) and they released HWGA in December here, that's the reason of it's lower peak... (#35) just like they did with Unbroken (#24).

they delay her album + she doesn't come to promote = HWGA (#35) and Unbroken (#24).

I mean, even Taylor's 'Speak Now' debuted at #9 here and Demi is MORE KNOWN that her here. If she had only promoted...

to sum up: she NEEDS to promote if she wants higher sales at least here in Europe.
