IASF was more a departure from Sasha really, because when I think about Sasha, I think of those live performances with the raw instruments, the hair slinging, TBE, ect.
It was more an introduction to Beyoncé than it was to Sasha.

Yas!! I fully agree. B'Day gave me more Sasha than IASF, only like Diva gave me Sasha to the next level but that's it. It's actually pretty crazy when you think about it, how she went from DIL to B'Day to IASF and then 4. The drastic improvements with every album is sick however Sasha Fierce was not really a drastic improvement from B'Day imo. I Am... however is perfect, it was something new for Beyoncé, something she never really did so it's an improvement for me. Just seeing how she improved with every era so drastically, I cannot imagine how crazy her next album will be.
