BOLD FACED LIE. Please remember that she had a HUGE clear channel deal, it probably wouldn;'t have been number 1 for 6 weeks, but it wouldn't have flopped that's for damn sure. Besides BTW was bound to be the first single because of the VMA hype.

If you open your eyes and appreciate the simplicity of the video, you'll see it would have been ridiculous to have an extravagant, over-the-top video as a tribute to her Grandfather and death as a whole. Her choreo in that video alone makes the video flawless.

I would love it if it didn't look like it was shot and edited by my 5-year-old cousin in ten minutes.

The editing is better than the Marry the Night video (her best).

But even her simple is more than most of the other girls are doing. The video is still energetic, empowering and emotive without costume changes, dancers or multiple settings. The video is her on 'The Edge' so it doesn't need to be different.
