GMA's effect on the sales was also spread over multiple days, and because it was in the morning, there was a whole day ahead of it to buy it. Also, GMA's effect peaked more than a day later.

All of these posts on the vma thread about how bad the show was makes me happy I didn't bother to watch it. I usually hate award shows because they are so boring. But im happy for demi and that she won.
