I don't know wuts wrong with Fox. They get rid of Tru Calling and now The O.C.
The only reason why it was switched to Thurday nights was cuz of BONES.

Yeah this show has a lot of wrapping up to do within the next two episodes. Seriously, I'm sure it could get perhaps 7-8 million viewers if it were on any other timeslot that wasn't against either American Idol or Grey's Anatomy. If it were still at 7, I'm sure there would be more viewers. It's odd to think this show is gonna end. Marissa's character was never done justice. = (

Wow, can't wait to see next this thursdays episode!!! By the ending I was OH MY GOD, HELP THEM! lol
Anywayz, the whole episode was amazing. The 'fantastic four' - Taylor, Julie, Kaitlin and Summer - were beyond perfection. It's sad to see The O.C. so close to its end, but at the same time it's a relief because the show is going to be remembered not only for having a great 1st season, but also for a brilliant final season!

Decent enough episode with some very funny parts. All in all, it was great, but I didn't find the ending like breath-taking or something. For some reason, it seems as if the show shouldn't quite end yet. Not enough has been done. It just seems too abrubt. Having the house being destroyed isn't that bad...it's a house. At least noone died (THAT would have made it more interesting). = / I still think they need to do something more and make Marissa more evident somehow.

I think another death would have been adding insult to injury - the one sustained by Mischa Barton's character being killed off the show.
People don't want to see the characters they are attached too getting killed off. Especially someone like Ryan.
I think this is the perfect place for the show to end. If tonight could be any representation of this season as a whole, the O.C. will be leaving at it's creative (dialogue, plot line, and cinematography-wise) peak. By the looks of next weeks preview, it seems as if time will fast forward from the time of the Earthquake and everyone is ready to go off the college and the baby is born.
Going to college and showing what happens ruined Saved By The Bell - and the same would happen to the O.C.
Even if the ratings are down, Josh Schwartz, the cast, and the phenomenon that was O.C., will go down next Thursday at the top of it's game.

I don't know, I felt kind of cheated.. the entire episode I was wondering who would die, but in the end the earthquake's only purpose was to bring everyone together. Still, the episode was enjoyable, as was the rest of this season. Probably won't be too keen on the sappy series finale, but I'll know next week.

That's wut I thought. ehh, this show only died because of time slots. I'm sure it would have done better had it been on a day with less competition. Fighting American Idol and Grey's Anatomy throughout the years has finally gotten to it. Anyways, I think following the characters to college would be wise. Saved By The Bell was a different story, cuz we were with those characters from middle school, but this is different. Besides, they all act WAY older than their age anyways, so it doesn't even make a difference. = /

Funny, that's exactly what I liked. Tomorrow's the end... Seems so unrealistic, I really thought, when I started watching The O.C., that I would watch 'til I finish college - what happens later 2008 or early 2009. Anywayz, that's life! Hope it will be a great series finale!!!

www.alluc.org has all the recent episodes.
Yeah, kind of weird its ending today.
When you follow a show from its beginnings, and now to see it end - weird.

Hard to believe that's it.. no more O.C. ever.
The series finale was better than I expected. When they started mixing season 1 bits into it I expected the corniest ending ever, but then they fast forwarded to the future and it was just really nice. And bittersweet. I'm gonna miss it :-\

Nice way to end the show. That ending was similar to Six Feet Under's.

Awesome series finale..I loved the flashforwards with Julie graduating college, Summer+Seth wedding, and of course seeing Ryan kind of come full circle, from being the kid that needed the help to offering it.
I'm sad at the lack of Taylor closure but overall, really good episode.
It will be missed.

Loved it. I laughed. I cried. I'm really gonna miss this show
LOL at "Briefcase or No Briefcase" and "the valley got renewed for another 5 years!" and Taylor being put on the terrorist watch list! LMAO
Such a good episode. I think I started tearing up when Summer gave Julie the locket with Marissa's picture in it then I just lost it with the empty house and the flashbacks. I'm so happy Seth & Summer got married and Ryan helping that kid just like Sandy had helped him ..it was the perfect way to end it

It was so good, so good: drama, comedy, 'dramedy', everything in its right place, right time - definitely very emotional. My favourite ending was Julie's one, I was so happy for her, she's so strong, so confident. Honestly, I have no words anymore to describe how much I loved this last episode. Well, I'm missing it already, and I'll keep missing for quite a time yet!
