Nope, we can't report each other, but since we have a sub-forum for mods/older mods, we can discuss how we found something in disagreement when it comes to moderation style. In fact, when someone sends in a help request or report, it creates a new thread, so if someone disagrees with something, we usually post and try to have a discussion about it. Usually with WP reversals, it's up to the original moderator's discretion, but we're all open to discussion. As for Help Requests, depending on the issue, the first moderator may handle it, or we may wait for a decent census.
