I was at this taping. Demi was absolutely right in what she said and those rappers claimed to be original and used the beat for a Jay Z and Kanye song, as well as tons of the words and LA was like "That wasn't original at all, what are you guys talking about?" The whole crowd stood up when Demi said that and clapped. For everyone doubting her judging ability...I like her a lot as a judge. She is probably one of the most outspoken and honest, besides Simon of course. She's also really feisty and has a great personality as a judge. Much better than Paula or Nicole. Britney wasn't a terrible judge either but you could tell she felt out of her element and didn't like being overly harsh. LA, Demi, and Simon have amazing chemistry on set.

This is a reply to someone saying it's good for her but everyone should stop acting like this makes her a saint (I see his point though):
If it ends up on air, you will see why it is made out to be a big deal. These guys were acting like they owned the place claiming they had fans all over and tons of hits on their YouTube videos. They needed someone to get them off of their high horse, she just so happened to be the one to do so.
