Yes. I enjoy doing it with a group; hookah was the main activity me and my friends did our freshmen year. My favorite flavor is a strawberry/watermelon mix.

Many people do it in Germany. The people from Arab brought it here, I haven't tried it yet though. But my friend said, the first time you try it, you get kinda high from it... I would definitely try it though, but not regulary since I heard it's even more unhealthy than smoking.

It's not like cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke though. I hate both pot and cigarrettes.
It's just a fun social thing, all you are doing is generating cloudy flavored water vapor from an herb, no effects.
I live in Ohio and it's pretty big here, there are hookah bars everywhere (I can name at least 5), I started smoking it like 4 years ago and I have my own hookah.
. I would definitely try it though, but not regulary since I heard it's even more unhealthy than smoking.
So I stick to smoking.
