Ciara cant sing?
The control in her voice in the performance is amazing, her range may not be big, but for the range she has, she was working that voice.

Ciara isn't really a good singer. Everyone knows it and it will always be that way. She's a good performer tho.

She can sing. And she sounds like an angel to me. Other times just smooth and wonderful.

She's not a bad singer, but her voice isn't anything great. Her vocal performances never involve risk or significant parts.
But to say she can't sing is a little unfair.
