Wait... I just realized Lucas was worried the entire episode about how "they" were going to do something to him. Then Mona and the other guy whose name I don't know decide to take a dip in the water? I mean, they could've killed Lucas for screwing up. It would be too easy, though.
And yeah, I've actually thought of that too. They're both definitely sketchy. And it was too convenient that they were in the water at the same time.
Lucas wasn't going to hurt Hanna, he was going to tell her something. When he called that hotline he was skirting around 'killing' her by saying things like 'this is the last time im going to see her' 'the look on her face as I do it' - I think it was intentional on the writers part. Theres something he isn't telling her you could tell the entire episode, but I don't think it's A-related.
My review for this week's anticlimactic episode
As usual, straight from my blog. This one doesn't have real structure, it's more in a "note taking" style. But whatever. XD
It was meh.
I was expecting more. Nothing really happened. It seemed more like a springboard episode. Preparation for something interesting to actually happen.
Everything was just very anticlimactic.
Maya is getting weird calls! It must be “A”! —LOL JK! She hooked up with a guy.
Spencer finds Jenna’s school-for-the-blind! —But it’s okay! We don’t find out anything we didn’t already know!
Lucas creepily breaks into Hanna’s house! He’s going to totally reveal his malevolent reasons for bringing Hanna to the middle of a dark and foggy abyss while being weirdly sweaty and aggressive—LOL JK! He owes Caleb $4,000 and he needed Hanna to help break it to him.
He’s going to reveal why he stole all of Caleb’s money. Must be for some villainous purpose! —Nevermind. He was gambling over a basketball game.
Aria and Ezra are totally going to exchange some dialogue! —LOL! JK. They stare at each other for a few seconds and that’s about it.
Now, the stuff with Lucas, I don’t buy for even a second. But they could have done something more interesting with this episode. That’s all I’m saying.
Oh and Holden was being kind of weird. I think I know why. He’s clearly gay. He wants to use Aria as a coverup for his gayness just like she wants to use him as a coverup for her illegal relationship. So Holden finds this incredibly convenient and decides that if they pretend to date, everyone wins. Holden can go out with his boyfriend, Aria can go out with Ezra, and Holden and Aria can go home together like nothing is wrong. It’s genius, really. 4 for you, Holden! You go, Holden!
There was also trouble in paradise with Caleb and Hanna. But that was over with quickly when Caleb thought she was in trouble and ran to her like a knight in shining armor (and I don’t only say “shining” because he was wet—which, btw, YUM. We were due for a wet Caleb .__.) Though, we all know that Caleb is so ****ed. You don’t help the girls hack A’s phone and expect not to be dealt with later. His time will come. Unfortunately ;__;
Then we have next week’s promo. Let me see if I have this right:
What we saw “A” loosening at the end of this episode were screws for Toby’s thing (I can’t remember what it’s called) which will result in him falling off the roof.
Ezra’s photo was destroyed which leads me to believe that homeboy is about to either get arrested or blackmailed—I’m leaning towards arrested.
And then we have the other 2 love interests just hanging around.
We already know that Caleb is screwed beyond measure. But what will happen to Maya? (If she’s not “A”, of course.)
I’m also starting to think Melissa might be in on something. The way Aria just casually threw in there, “Doesn’t Melissa live around here?” was a bit suspicious.
Oh and Mona and Noel. They broke up? Does that mean we can rule them out as “Team A”?
Tbh, Mona is ridiculously annoying. Even when she’s depressed. I’m sorry. DX
Meanwhile, Noel is ****ing stunning…but he gets on my nerves sometimes, too. :P
And Garret and Jenna. Totally didn’t see that one coming. *cue le sarcasm*
I think that about covered everything. Oh, and the worms. Ew. But seriously, how can you not tell that there are worms in your food boxes? If you don’t smell Chinese food, and if your box feels like it has MOVING WORMS INSIDE, wouldn’t you check inside before you leave the restaurant? Just saying.
I’m excited for next week. But this episode didn’t leave me itching for more. I suppose it just had me wanting more because nothing really happened. :P
im over this show, it's dragging now.. and they accuse everybody of being A , every time somebody say something or do sumthing they think it's A ...im over it these girls stupid. and the text from A use to be epic, now the text are boring...
